Garage Kept Wayfarer with Murphy bed and rear bath. No issues at all. Stored inside and ready to go to the next owner. It has newer tires, a generator to camp off grid, solar on the roof, hot water heater and extra cords to reach long distances to the plug. Fridge with Freezer and convection microwave. 3 T.v's, two inside and one outside. Bed over cab and the dinette makes another sleeping area. Never smoked in and no pets ever!
