22 foot trailer ,used for two months than parked. Has climate control,400 watt solar, solid step entry, slide out with recliners, in command control center, power jacks. Appliances all working. Power awning ,fabric has repaired rip. Small water damage inside wall by escape window. Tires are weather cracked on outside. Overall good condition. Need to sell.
