Interior

The 27RE is particularly attractive for longer stays and couples because the rear living area is large and open when the two slide-outs are extended.

The rear living room has opposing slide-outs that dramatically increase the usable floor space. It includes a sofa and dining/lounge seating, along with large panoramic windows that provide considerable natural light.

The entertainment area includes a large TV location and electric fireplace, making the rear of the trailer feel more like a small living room than a conventional camper. The fireplace can also provide supplemental heat.

Overall assessment

The 27RE is a very good floorplan for a couple who wants a relatively spacious travel trailer without moving into a 3540-foot unit. Its biggest advantages are the rear living room, opposing slides, island kitchen, walk-in bedroom closet and large windows.
