SLEEPING: Master Queen is a Memory Foam mattress. Bunks are full-sized. Five beds total with table and sofa converted.

ENTERTAINMENT: LED TV with HDMI hookups. Indoor/Outdoor stereo with Bluetooth & CD Player (outdoor speakers work but need to be replaced).

KITCHEN: Working Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Stove & Oven (never used). Plus custom shelves for storage, coffee maker and toaster oven (included).

HVAC: Both heat and AC work.

CUSTOM COMFORT FEATURES: Rope lighting throughout, shelves in master, vanity and bathroom, extra convenience lighting.

BATTERY/TIRES: Battery is great and tires have lots of life. Tire covers included.

EXTRAS: Includes Equali-I-Zer sway bars and stabilizer hitch. Reinforced rear bumper with hitch mount. Leveling blocks. Tools.

DISCLAIMER: Weve only used hook ups at Arizona State Parks and have never dry camped, so I cant guarantee how it works off the grid. Also, the awning started showing signs of wear so we patched it and rolled it up. It will likely need to be replaced.

HISTORY: Our beloved home away from home. Were the 3rd owners and have had the pleasure of making memories in it since 2021. The first owner stripped all the stickers off, which we appreciated.

Last camped in May at Patagonia Lake State Park and everything worked perfectly. We used the heater at night and the AC in the day.

The trailer is ready to make more memories this weekend!
