It was bought new and was delivered to my home, about 60 miles. It hasn't been on the road since. We only used it as an occasional motel room for guests. I don't think it has had more than a month's occupancy. The only defect that I know of is the a/c in the salon runs but doesn't produce cold air. I had a carpenter make a new reinforced frame for the master bed. My plumber winterized it. Neither kitchen has been used so I can't attest to its functionality but I have no reason to suspect any problems with it.
