Other than one stabilizer jack needing to be repaired/replaced, a couple of small scratches and dings, the paint on the wheels peeling, and needing to be powerwashed... the camper is in overall very good condition and well maintained

The camper was last used May of this year and everything worked properly

06/14/2024: added an additional onboard battery

02/19/2025: replaced and upgraded all mattresses

05/16/2025: replaced awning fabric

04/27/2026: replaced tires due to age and has approximately 600 miles on them

...the spare tire has never been used and garage kept...

08/11/2026: installed all new custom window blinds

Replaced TV in dining area and installed an identical TV in Master bedroom - AC/DC powered

Interior light bulbs has been replaced with LED
