Everything works well, AC, gas stove, water heater etc. Roof just re-sealed - with new vents fitted. New tyres fitted in early 2026.
NO title - it was previously bought on a bill of sale only, in Austin TX - and is now just outside Wimberley TX. We have the registration document from 2015 - so it does have plates - just needs the title renewing, which it will of course do as and when it is sold. Paintwork not bad, though it does of course show it's age!! No bumps or dents. Price is possibly (slightly!) negotiable.
