Good condition, everything works as it should, a few scratches here and there, only used 4 times camping, has one small patch on roof, new memory foam mattress ($500), tires all 90%, complete new slider replacement (3000$), have receipts. It went out right after warranty was expired. It's ready to go camping. Bought a class c motorhome, so no use for this now. Good batteries. I keep it charged up and run the AC one day a week. I have the title in hand, in my name. $10,000 obo.
