Wonderful mid-sized travel trailer! We are the second owner and purchased this January 2020 and when we purchased it did not seem like it had ever been used as it was in brand new condition. This camper has been excellent for us and we are only selling since we purchased a different camper for our family. Everything is in great working condition. It currently is winterized but ready for camping immediately. We replaced the canvas on the outdoor canopy last year. The tires are 2 years old. We had the axles repacked 3 years ago. The batteries are 3 years old and are AGM. There is one slide-out. The camper itself is 23 feet long and with the tongue is 26 feet long. The fully loaded weight with water and cargo is 5,995 GVWR. You could pull this with most 1/2ton vehicles. I am including a weight distribution/sway hitch with the camper. There is also a small gas grill with it and a stand that is attached to the bumper for it. There are 2, 5lb propane tanks with an auto changeover regulator. Doors for shower are very nice glass doors and has room for taller people as I am 6'2" and had plenty of room to shower. There is lots of storage in this camper. The dining area has a U-sized seating area. The bed is a murphy bed and when up, there is a jack-knife couch that can be used. The mattress is only a couple years old. There is an outdoor shower and the tv can also be mounted outside. The gray water, black water and fresh water are all 30 gallon sized tanks. We have the title free and clear. Serious inquiries only.
