The good:
Renovated, 3 bedroom, needs some love. King bed. Washer/dryer combo, Full fridge size. Roof, seals, tanks, washer/dryer, fridge and ACs all in good working order. Nearly new tires. Pet door into 1 side of storage bay.

Needs work:
The awning is peeling, the subfloor in the kitchen is cracked and needs reinforced. Flooring in bedroom corner needs a patch. The decal on the front is sun blistered.
