This unit was purchased May 29, 2025 and was used for farm stay for one season in 2025. It is essentially brand new and never left our property but unfortunately it is no longer necessary for our business plan. All appliances were barely used and it is in like-new condition.

Features include a front porch, two lofts (one with a camper queen bed and electric fireplace), pull out couch, recliner, washer/dryer, electric stovetop/oven, side-by side 4-door refrigerator/freezer, and high-top dinette table w/2 stools.
