Trailer is in good shape. 100% clean title. We have taken trailer out three to five times a year. When not in use it is covered. Trailer is detailed once a year. All maintenance is up to date. All seams on roof and side panels were inspected and touched up by Rogers in Tracy. All wheel bearings were repacked, and brakes inspected by Rogers.
