Description
If you are new to the RV world and looking for a rig to get started, or if you are an experienced RVer who is thinking about moving up to a diesel pusher, you have found the perfect turn-key package. Imagine getting not just a luxurious coach, but a matching tow vehicle and all the extra RV equipment and contents for the basement, kitchen, bedroom and bath. All that and a critically important advantage TLC provided by an owner who is also an RV Service Academy trained RV Technician.
The basics for this immaculate 2016 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40AP are: occupied by non-smokers with no pets; mileage is 81,556; Cummins 450HP ISL-7 engine; Allison 6 speed automatic transmission; two levels of enging braking; and four slide-outs. This is a 50 amp, all-electric coach with no propane. There is a 10 KW Onan Quiet Diesel generator that can supply all the electric power for the coach. The Aqua Hot system provides continuous hot water and hydronic heat and is powered by both an electric element and a diesel burner. The heated tile floors and electric fireplace are often all you need to take the chill off. There are three roof top air conditioners with soft start modules, allowing the operation of two AC units when restricted to 30amp shore power. The galley has a two-burner, induction cook top, convection-microwave, two sinks and a 20 cu.ft. Whirlpool residential refridgerator with water and ice in the door. The walk-through bathroom has two sinks, electric flush toilet and large stand-up shower. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the rear closet. The tank capacities are 150 gal fuel, 90 gal fresh water, 70 gal gray water and 50 gal black water. The black tank has a tank flush system. At the campsite, the coach can be leveled by either hydraulic jacks or a unique air-leveling system that automatically uses the air suspension system to set and keep the coach level.
Beyond the basics, this coach has many upgrades and additions that make it a truly great value. The exterior has a custom paint scheme. The woodwork is all natural cherry with no stain. The countertops and sinks are solid surface with tile backsplashes. There is a huge amount of storage with two pass-through storage bins, one with a dual-sided, sliding tray. The electrical system is protected by a hard wired, Progressive Industries HW50C, Surge Protector and Electronic Management System. The engine compartment is outfitted with a fire suppression system. The bed is a split-king with AxleBloom articulating bed frames and Dream Wave mattresses. The remote controls allow you to independently set each beds head and foot position. For campground privacy and a cooler coach interior, there's a custom fitted MagneShade cover for the windshield and entry door window. No need for snaps and straps and a ladder. This incredible windshield shade is held in place by powerful, earth magnets and can be installed from the ground in less than a minute. Tires are protected by folding MagneShade covers that block UV rays, but dont retain the heat.
The package comes with a color-matching 2014 Honda CRV EX-L tow vehicle. The car has 112,354 miles on the odometer and the tow related maintenance items were all periodically done based on the additional tow miles. The tow package has a non-binding tow bar, safety cables, an AirForce One permanently installed braking system for the car and a RoadMaster Tow Defender to help protect the car from road debris. Included is a Tire Minder system that monitors tire pressures and temperatures for all tires on the coach and tow vehicle.
Turn-key means that you also get all the equipment needed for your travels: folding chairs, BBQ grill and stand, jack pads, electrical cables and connectors, water and sewer hose system, tool chest, spare parts and equipment, spare fluids and lubricants, a folding ladder and more.
Even if a coach has all the features you're looking for, real peace of mind buying a previously owned rig comes from knowing it has been well maintained and cared for. The coach and component Operating Manuals and annual Maintenance records for this coach are all available for your review. Many items such as oil and filter changes and AquaHot service were done annually, often ahead of the maintenance service schedule.
My first coach was a package deal and I really appreciated how easy it was to just start traveling. Now that Im traveling alone, I decided to downsize and I'd love to find a new owner who is looking for an affordable, easy way to get started. Give me a call and see if this isn't the turn-key package for you.
