This RV is in excellent condition. All appliances, generators and plumbing is in perfect working order. Interior spotless.

We have made extensive renovations: we removed the cafe seat and replaced it with a swivel table that can be oriented horizontally with the side window for outdoor viewing or perpendicular to the side of the rv for meals. The flooring has been replaced with a much more attractive wood floor. We rotated the toilet 30 degrees for a more comfortable seating position. (Your knees won't hit the wall!)

It comes with a vehicle tow bar, but you would have to install all of the components on the tow car to make it functional.
