Rear dually wheels and spare are all Bridgestone Duravis M700 HD purchased in 2021. Only 8200 miles on them.

Front two tires are brand new Goodyear Wrangler AT purchased in June 2026.

Windshield replaced June 2026.

Regular oil changes on engine and generator. Maintenance log book included.

K&N air filter installed when I got it, cleaned/reoiled it 3x in 10 years

6 gallon water heater (propane) works fine. Two way fridge, furnace, rooftop AC and microwave all work fine.

VIAIR compressor with 2.5 gallon tank, regulator. It can fill the tires, run air tools.

2024 replaced all three awnings.

Custom permanently mounted smokestack for generator exhaust.

In-coach 12V DVD/CD/Radio/USB player connects to the 19" 12V TV (1920X1080). 5 channel Surround sound including subwoofer.

100W solar panel and the Renogy 40A Rover MPPT charge controller back in 2019. It charges a night's worth of coach battery usage before 10 am on sunny days. Coach batteries new in 8/2022. Engine battery new also in 8/2022

All new plastic covers on roof. Fan vents, AC cover, fridge/furnace cover. New skylight over shower.

No leaks on the roof. It was leaking when I got it 2016 so there was damage to mitigate and it's been watertight since. I powerwash and lay fresh Henry elastomeric coating every couple years. Most recently in May 2026.
