This Avion 8.5 Metres is a classic travel trailer that was manufactured in July 1978. Known for its quality construction and timeless design, the Avion brand has long been synonymous with luxury and comfort on the road. This particular model measures 8.5 meters (28') in length, making it spacious enough to accommodate a small family or group of friends. This trailer has been kept by one family, passed down from relatives who purchased it new. It has been exceptionally well cared for and is in excellent original condition for its age. It has been stored inside a heated barn.

Inside, you'll find a well-appointed kitchenette, cozy sleeping quarters, and a functional bathroom. The layout is efficient, making the most of the available space without sacrificing comfort. There is a front sofa that easily turns into a bed and has space to comfortably sleep two. The dining table stows away for travel but can be quickly set up and will extend up to 62" with three table inserts.

The kitchen has plenty of cabinetry for storage and offers a propane gas stovetop and oven. A stainless-steel cover can be folded up or down to cover the stove burners when not in use and which in turn helps with countertop space. There is also a microwave which may have been installed in 1994. The refrigerator and separate freezer are electric or propane. The bathroom is centrally located and has a separate step-in shower with a seat. There are two twin beds located in the rear and are separated from the rest of the trailer by a divider curtain. There is a lot of overhead storage, underbed storage as well as small shirt closets for storage in the bedroom area.
All woodwork and finishes are in excellent condition. The floor is carpet with linoleum underneath and is showing some wear due to its age but overall, still looks pretty good and wouldn't need to be replaced right away.
All electrical and plumbing systems were working well the last time that the camper was used, which has been a couple of years. The air conditioning and heat were working at that time as well.

The exterior is in very good condition. There are some dents from rocks on the front panels, a scratch in the trim and a dent on the back underneath corner, both of which are located on the driver's side. There are some hail dents on the roof, which are not easily seen when standing on the ground. There are two exterior lights on the side that are cracked due to age. The awning is in great shape and works well. All windows, doors, and screens are in great shape as well.

This camper is ready to be used as is and is unique for its age and incredible original condition. Hitch with anti-sway bars set up specifically for this trailer is optional and could be included for an additional amount. GVWR 7600.
