The 12SK also had a slide out flattop grill and sink. 5 gal hot water heater, furnace, window AC unit and outdoor shower on board too. Includes 2 qty propane tanks and outdoor front aft storage bin. The upgraded awning is a IronMan DeltaWing 270 degree awning to cover the kitchen area. Comes with 2 Velcro panels to section off an area for privacy. The awning was installed at a height to allow the camper to be stored inside a traditional garage door.
