This coach has been owned in a non-smoking environment and has traveled with our dogs. It has been kept clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully cared for throughout our ownership. The only known mechanical issue is that one of the two power awnings is currently inoperative. It may require a simple electrical repair or a replacement motor. There are also a few minor cosmetic dents in the lower metal skirting from normal travel use.
