Description

PRICED TO SELL FOR ONLY $50,000!!! Clear title in hand. If you're looking for a very clean, well endowed and well taken care of Class C for a bargain price, this one is definitely worth a look in the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area! Only 34,000 miles and loaded with features! We looked at MANY RVs before buying this one because of its floorplan and livability. We full-timed for 3 years and never thought about trading it for something else. I would not hesitate to take this to Alaska again tomorrow!

Ford 6.7L V10 engine with 7500 pound towing; Full custom Weldtec Fox suspension upgrade with custom leaf springs and a 4 inch lift ($10,000)... no more scraping driveways! Hydraulic auto leveling. Full body paint in excellent condition overall with a recent wash, ceramic wax and 303 on all plastic bits and tires! Wire rock screens in the front grilles; Mobil 1 oil & filter every 5000 miles religiously and was just done again to sell (was due at 35,000 miles). VERY easy DIY oil changes almost anywhere! Only 4000 miles on brakes and rotors... burned them out in Death Valley and cost $4000 :-( But that was the only mechanical problem! Still plenty of tread on the Vredestein Pinza AT tires. Newer air filters engine and cabin. 800W of solar, 3 lithium batteries (570AH) and 2300W inverter easily handles boondocking. Wired for 12V refrigerator, tv's and lighting. I installed 2 extra automatic transfer switches under the bed to auto-switch between shore power, inverter and generator. Huge living room and kitchen counter fully accessible when slides are in, as is the bedroom and bathroom, making it easy to Walmart overnight! Newer Brooklyn Bedding RV Queen (60x74) and Tempurpedic Queen topper in bunk. HUGE amount of storage inside and out! Onan 4000 generator with only 50 hours on it and run monthly. Ceramic IR blocking window tint on all windows plus DIY Reflectix sun shades for windows. Sound bar with wireless subwoofer. Includes Garmin RV GPS, Starlink hardware (100 foot cable wired through cargo to kitchen wall), 10-sensor TireMinder TPMS (needs new batteries now), Viofo dashcams front and rear and HiBoost cell booster. Full tank of gas and propane. Oh and a full RV cover, sewer hoses and leveling blocks. Includes 30A power cord, extension, pigtails for 50A and 120V plus 2 surge protectors. MaxAir fan and 2 vents. Home theater power reclining chairs. HUGE dinette with storage underneath. NICE slide-out pantry! Convection microwave. Everything works except as listed below. Google Forest River 3011DS for full specs... All appliances work perfectly including AC. Leveling works. Slides work. Awning works. No transmission issues EVER. No leaks, plumbing or electrical issues.

Known issues:
- The drivers door kept dinging when open whether the key was in the ignition or not so I bypassed the door switch
- The inside LED dome light flickers when the RV is turned off, but works normally otherwise
- The awning is beginning to fray where it meets the roof above the entry door
- The passengers seat has scuff marks on the back from previous owner
- Some vinyl fake wood is peeling on the bathroom door
- I disconnected all OTA and coax wiring inside and removed the stereo unit. We only stream and the soundbar sounds WAY better
- One outside speak cover disappeared, but we never use them anyway. Bluetooth!
- Passenger side rear lane departure unit was ripped off by previous owner. I disconnected it because it was OBNOXIOUSLY intrusive. However, the side cameras work perfectly with turn signals via the new Alpine head unit, which also has an exterior antenna for XM Radio

So you can see, this rig is READY TO TRAVEL! Hit me up with any questions! Thanks for looking!
