This a a very lightly used bunkhouse floor plan that offers something for everyone. The primary bedroom offers easy access from all sides in spite of featuring a King Bed with spacious under-bed storage. The roomy bedroom offers electric outlets on each side of the bed. The dresser is large, and equipped with a pop-up electrical outlet and yet another outlet.

The full-width closet offers room for a lot of hanging clothes and whatever else you wish to store behind the mirrored sliding doors. Inside the closet are washer/dryer hookups ready to accept an appliance that will allow you to stay on the road without using the laundromat.

The full bath is equipped with a spacious shower equipped with a gas/electric water heater that will warm numerous consecutive showers. The bath offers ample linen storage and a comfortable place to prepare for the days adventure, or a nice evening on the town.

The kitchen is framed around an island sink with numerous drawers to contain your silverware and utensils. There is a residential fridge with ice maker to supply the family with all the food and drinks required to fuel each days adventure. The kitchen area is finished off by a microwave and oven which offer the full range of cooking capabilities.

The living room is equipped with an enormous couch that converts to yet another large bed that is approximately the size of a queen bed. This couch is equipped with two powered recliners that incorporate outlets and cup holders for the premier relaxation of those in need of a quiet moment.

The recliners oppose the electric fireplace and large TV. We thought an electric fireplace was silly the first time we saw one, and have since changed our opinion of these amenities. The fireplace is a great way to change the chill of a cool morning and is a very nice image visually.

The bunk room is awesome, offering a separate half bath, two dedicated bunks, and a convertible dinette that offers yet another sleeping area. This are has been equipped with a TV and can be closed from the rest of the trailer by a door.

The trailer is equipped with two air conditioners, and a furnace. Beyond these HVAC systems, Highland Ridge incorporates well engineered and insulated spaces, allowing this trailer to be used year-round.

On the outside, you have the latest BAL 7.3 auto leveling system, offering 7 points of contact. The tongue jack permits Auto features such as Auto-Reconnect. The left and right jacks help to provide a solid foundation and then the 4 stabilizer jacks electrically deploy from the touchpad for the ultimate in towable leveling ease. This trailer has been equipped with dual AGM deep cycle batteries controlled by a proper shut off switch.

The outside kitchen is my favorite space offering a small fridge, a sink, a storage drawer, and a gas fired griddle for pancake breakfasts and burger dinners. Dual illuminated awnings keep the elements off your head while cooking outside.
