The current owners purchased this park model new in 2023. Because it was a factory order, the home was built to their specifications and delivered to their beach property in 2024.

It was used as comfortable temporary housing while they completed other plans for the property. As their needs changed and they required additional living space, they outgrew the park model and have since decided to sell.

The home has seen light private use and has remained on the same property since delivery.
