Measuring nearly 40 feet long with a dry weight of 9,608 lbs., it is best pulled with a 3⁄4-ton vehicle. A weight distribution hitch is included, and all tires - including the spare - have approximately 6,000 miles or less of use. Has the Extended Season Package adding additional insulation throughout and increased thermal performance for cold weather RVing.
Never smoked in and never had dogs.
Selling due to lack of use. Have been very impressed with this unit not having many of the typical maintenance issues as seen on Facebook posts.
