All installed by Camping World in Golden. The garage floor is great, no damage anywhere. Water heater and tongue jack were replaced in 2023. All furniture is great. Have both the 30A power cable and the 50A power cable (50A would be used for additional air conditioner in bedroom - pre-wired). Brand new deep cycle batteries. There is almost zero wear on the camper, all appliances are functional and there is zero damage to all furniture. Spare tire. 2 sets of keys. Roof is solid. This camper requires a 3/4 ton vehicle at minimum, would not recommend towing with a 1/2 ton even with load balance hitch and/or air bags. Very heavy camper.
