This unit has had an easy life. I purchased it from a family who used it as a bedroom for company but it was used only three times in several years. So everything is like brand new. Kitchen appliances look as though they were never used. Flooring, walls, interior, exterior...flawless!! The original tires have been replaced only due to age so these new 10 ply radials have less than 1000 miles and the bearings and brakes were packed and inspected at Les Schwab as they installed the tires. Dual lead acid batteries (2023) and dual 20# propane tanks. All electrical, mechanical, and propane systems and components work as new. Trailer empty weight is 3560 pounds and is 20 feet from ball to rear bumper (17 feet interior length).
The unit sits indoors awaiting its new family of campers. We are located 40 miles north of Yellowstone park so your first National Park destination is practically in the back yard. Please be patient awaiting a reply as we are often out of cell coverage.
