FULLY OFF GRID CAPABLE!

After 2 years of living full time and traveling across the US, were settling down. . Fits in 1 parking spot backed in. Perfect for one person or two that want to travel. Oil changes every 5,000 miles. Runs great, has no problems. Everything in the RV works. Clean title. Starlink included. Can send more pictures.

Upgrades
-Full solar set up with 3x100 amp hour batteries, 800 watts of solar for the 120 watt system to the outlets & 150 watts of solar for the 12v system (overhead fan, water pump, fridge, etc)

-Manual rocker switch in cab to charge batteries with the trucks alternator if you havent got any sun in a few days
-Added installation & metal sheet on back of fridge to not allow the heat to build at the top. Installed 2 fans on the back vent to pull fresh air through

Comes with everything you need to hit the road right away: Front windshield & window covers, seat covers, 2 sewer hoses, additional elbow piece with a close valve for being able to shoot water up into the bank/grey tanks to clean them, 1 spare water hose for cleaning black tank, 1 fresh water hose, 2 water filters, solar panel cleaner kit, recovery boards, outside shower hose with adapter, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, and water pressure gage. I have the tv from the wall where the bear picture is above the fridge and small tv from in the cabinet above the dinette if you want them.

Areas of improvement
-Bed has a hinge point where it will stop moving then drop a little going down but works like normal. Coming up itll stop at that spot and youll push it up then it goes up normally
-Half of the rear passenger side tail light LED strip isnt lighting up
-Outside decals are a little faded and some paint chips on the hood

2 sets of keys to everything. 1 driving key and 1 front door key only. Will need to get a second driving key made.
