We have owned this camper for 9 years and have loved it. We are selling to get a fifth wheel. This camper has always been under a shelter when not in use, even with the previous owners before us. We have always maintained and kept the camper in excellent condition. There is one small tear in the vinyl flooring where something got caught under the slide and a small piece of plastic is missing on the rear passenger side due to a tire blow out, see pictures. It does not leak and we have never had a water issue. This camper is perfect for a family with kids that loves being outdoors. It will sleep 7 to 9 people. The outdoor kitchen is large and is perfect if you like outdoor cooking. It has a sink with water, refrigerator, toaster oven, Blackstone grille, 2-burner stove, storage, spice racks, shelving, and custom made removeable counter top. It also has a platform to stand on for the outdoor kitchen due to it could be a little high off the ground at some camp sites. This platform is stored under the rear of the camper. The camper is ready to go and comes with everything you will need to go camping. It has 2 slides with slide covers and stabilizing jacks . One bathroom with a tub/shower combo with outside entry. The tires where replaced last year and are 10 Ply Load Range E tires. Comes with the spare tire that is underneath the front of the trailer. The AC unit was replaced in 2021. The bunk room has two top bunks and a bottom jack-knife bed below. The kitchen table makes out into a bed and the couch has a hide-a-bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a select comfort air mattress with pass thru storage underneath. There is storage under the kitchen table benches. Also two outside storage and a large metal storage box on rear of camper. There is a large power awning over entry door. This camper four leveling/stabilizing jacks, one on each corner. We will also include the receiver hitch with leveling / sway control bars.
