Description

I'm the second owner. Have the original RV dealer document/manual booklet with the original certification from the dealer. Information below on some work done, all at a certified RV dealership.

No water damage inside, no soft spots, no issues with camper. I'm 6'4" only reason selling is I'm tired of showering in the small shower made for non-giants. Picking up a 5th wheel end of august.

4-season camper (heavy 3600lbs dry)
Solar panel on roof, keeps batteries up all day
Outdoor shower
2 propane tanks
Skylight inside
1 slide out
happijack jacks with remote and backup remote cable(rj45)
TV broke and I took it out.
Took out the sliding mirrors(I still have them) next to the bed and put in a plastic drawer to use the space better.

Only note, first owner didn't maintain it regarding sealing in late 2000s and got water in on the passenger side slide out. You'l see on the pic, the whole right(passenger side), and rear side panels were replaced and everything fixed. Since then, no issues.

Driver side original panels, some signs of age wear but I've kept up with just patching any small bubbles showing up from the fiber glass. Just cosmetic.

2023
Bought the camper

2024
Spring, All appliances serviced by RV mechanic. New retractable awning fabric. New AC cover on roof.

2025
Spring, Strip and seal rear roof panel seals, strip and seal front passenger side under cantilever. (see pic).

Fall, got tired of maneuvering a wrench in the compartment to drain the hot water tank. I installed a small pipe and faucet so when you drain the tank, you just open the faucet.

You need a 1ton long bed for this camper. DO NOT attempt to buy it or arrive with a smaller truck. I'll ask you before you even want to look at it, to send me the plaque of your truck showing that your truck can handle this ~4000lbs camper. It's roughly 3600lbs empty. With both propane tanks and fresh water filled you're over 4000lbs.
