I purchased this unit in 2011 from a dealer in Gainesville, Florida. I am the second owner. The previous owner sold it to buy a larger Airstream. Over the years, I have had maintenance and repair work done at the Airstream national headquarters in Jackson Center, Ohio, and have kept records of this in a folder. The most recent work was done four years ago prior to my final vacation trip with it. At that time, new tires were installed. The air conditioner is in working order, and it also has a small heating element that can be used for minimal heat. The gas furnace is in working order. There was once moderate damage to the aluminum outside at the rear corner of the trailer.

The unit is kept plugged into an electric outlet to keep the battery charged. The fridge is left on. The kitchen stove needs a new heating element for the oven. We never used the oven and did not need to install a new element. We never used the gas water heater, preferring instead to use an electric kettle for heating water.

My wife and I are now of an advanced age, and we must part with it. We hope to find someone who will enjoy it as we have. Price negotiation is not ruled out. However, its value must be respected.
