pics one is the newer roof 1 year old I am including the cover too my husband just doesn't want to travel but we loved it very much im going to list things we did roof all new furniture front seat lvt flooring still carpet in bedroom added fireplace ceiling fan heater a/c works great new mother board tires 6 all one year old great shape back up camera leveler serviced generator yearly new awning we add elec to it new brakes also replaced axle when we did brakes sleeps 5 plus no mouse ever in it new hot water heater we owned it 3 years my husband is 77 yrs old to much work for him we would feel comfortable driving this rv anywhere we made sure it is in great shape 56,000 miles on it thank u for your time you can call me if you want to 719-290-4923  Barbara and leroy
