About the drive: the coach sits in Clarkrange, Tennessee, about half an hour north of I-40 at Crossville, which makes it a day trip from Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Lexington, Bowling Green, Huntsville, or Asheville. If that is still far, ask about a live video walkthrough. We will start the engine and the generator and run the slide while you watch. You are welcome to send an independent RV or chassis inspector, including a mobile inspector, before committing to the drive. The Tennessee title is clean, in the owner's name, no lien, and in hand.

Recent work, by year:

• Spring 2026: roof inspected, nothing found.

• 2025: about $4,600 of Caterpillar dealer engine work, a complete diagnostic and inspection including a rod and main bearing check, with coolant and radiator work at the same time. Receipts available.

• 2024: transmission service, billed as inspection and materials. House and chassis batteries replaced.

• 2021: all six tires replaced as a set, DOT date code 1321, the thirteenth week of 2021.

• Also in the records from this ownership: four Koni shocks, four air-ride motion control units, a Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer, a front end alignment, the chassis air conditioning rebuilt with a new compressor, dryer, condenser, and line, LED headlights and fog lights, all filters changed, a new house air conditioner, a new slide topper, a new skylight, a new slide-out motor, and a one-micron water filter system.

• The service list also shows the 7,500-watt diesel generator serviced. It draws from the coach's own fuel tank rather than propane.

The coach:

• Floorplan 7370: one living-area slide with the sofa and dinette, mid galley, split bath, private rear bedroom. Sleeps 4.

• Freightliner Custom Chassis, XC series, 26,350 lb GVWR, 228-inch wheelbase. 36'6" long, 102 inches wide, just over 12 feet of road height.

• 90-gallon diesel tank. Fresh water 90 gallons in two 45-gallon tanks. Gray and black 50 gallons each.

• Two ducted 13,500 BTU roof air conditioners and two ducted furnaces, 35,000 and 20,000 BTU.

• Factory literature for this model lists a steel-framed, crowned laminated rubber roof. The fiberglass is in the molded caps and sidewalls, not overhead.

• The coach's own factory build sheet lists an Atwood six-gallon LPG water heater, a Heart Interface inverter, Power Gear hydraulic levelers, and a Voyager rear camera monitor. The water heater control is now an upgraded Furrion, and the thermostat a Dometic panel.

• Inside: a sleeper sofa, recliner, dinette, and flat-screen TV in the living area; solid-surface counters, a double sink, three-burner cooktop, GE Profile convection microwave, and refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen; hard-surface flooring and oak cabinets throughout.

• The rear bedroom has blackout shades, mirrored storage, and a custom upholstered headboard. The split bath has a vanity, an enclosed glass shower under a skylight, and a Traveler toilet.

• Outside: patio and window awnings, leveling jacks, storage bays, and a rear ladder.

• Wired for flat towing, and the family currently tows a Jeep behind it. The tow bar itself is not included.

We are the coach's second owners, and every factory book and manual that came with the coach is still with it, passed along by the original owner. There are no known active leaks or visible delamination during our ownership, and to our knowledge no one has smoked in the coach. The family dog traveled in it. The interior has been cleaned.

We used this Tradewinds to visit scenic landmarks across the country, and those trips felt like taking a cruise: unpack once, then wake up somewhere new. We are retiring from RV travel and offering the coach to its next owner.
