Petite Auto & RV presents a rare, custom ordered 1997 Pleasure-Way lexor TD set on a Dodge 3500 Maxivan chassis. This is an exceptional rig with only 63,536 original, CarFax certified miles on it. This unit was custom ordered by its original owner with the desirable 5.9L engine, rather than the 5.2L. What makes it stand out further, is while this is not a wide-body model, it still includes a full wet bath, a feature typically reserved for wide-body configurations. The interior still showcases original stickers from Pleasure Way, and the upholstery is in great shape. The cabinetry has retained its integrity, just like when it was new. This vehicle has been meticulously maintained by experienced RV owners, and there are numerous pieces of evidence to support that claim. The graphics are in excellent condition, the paint shines beautifully, and the factory original Dodge stickers and disclosures are still preserved beneath the hood and on the door jams of the van. Also, a huge stack of factory manuals by both Dodge, and Pleasureway have been preserved in a large binder. 
Inside is a full wet bath design that maximizes space usage, complete with a toilet, sink, and shower. The van also features a full kitchen equipped with a sink, two-burner stove, microwave, elevated three-way refrigerator (nice if you don’t like to bend down), exhaust fan, and cook light. A variable which sets this RV apart is the twin beds in the back, which can accommodate sleeping/entertaining as they are, and could convert to a king size bed across. Full private curtains throughout the entire rig.
In addition to these features, this unit comes with a propane furnace, a rear roof air conditioning system, a fantastic fan, a monitor panel that keeps you informed about the water tanks' and battery levels, a suburban hot water heater system, swivel seats and ample storage both inside and outside the rig.
