Like-new 2021 Forest River Riverstone 39FK with less than 1,000 miles always stored inside a climate-controlled building. Upgraded with 3 A/C units (one with a heat pump), solar, a custom-built RV skirt, and a dual-adjustable Sleep Number bed. We purchased this unit new from Couch's RV and used it off and on while building our house.

We've taken meticulous care of this RV and it's in great condition inside and out. It's always been cleaned including the roof after every use and before storage. We also had a custom-made RV skirt manufactured and installed for the unit, which is included with the sale (see pictures).

All mechanical systems are in perfect working order and have been recently checked, with normal maintenance performed. This RV performs remarkably well in both hot and cold weather. Honestly, if we were still using it, we'd be keeping it we're only selling because we're not using it.
