Bought in 2021 and loved for 4 years! Looking to downsize now.

One pop out has the mattress that came with the camper. The other side was upgraded to a regular mattress (that does not fold, worth $400).

Included also is an add-a-room from Carefree that attaches to the awning. Poles are missing, however, the room still works but will not keep out heavy rain without the poles. Unsure of the model - here is the carefree website https://www.carefreeofcolorado.com/
