Our Excel-TS has been well cared for and kept in a heated garage since we purchased it 3 years ago and were it not for our need for more seating for our grandchild, we'd never let it go.

I just had it completely gone over by RV Diagnostics in Seaford, DE with directions to fix anything that came up. Everything works as it should.

We had a certified gas plumber remove and cap the gas line to the stove and replaced it with a portable induction cooktop. The microwave is new as well.

The Onan generator has 155 hours and I just had a new OEM carburetor installed.

Both dump valves were just replaced.

The Michelin Agilis tires were replaced about 4 years ago and look good.

The chassis and house batteries were just replaced.
