RV is new. barely driven as original miles indicate. RV was purchased by owner/friend in Los Angeles and he drove it to
Las Vegas and back and parked it under cover and he drove it for servicing as needed throughout the years. New tires were purchased within the last 2 years. The appliances, shower and bed have never been used, all seats, chairs and couches look new and it still smells new. I purchased it and drove it to El Paso, Texas and have it in covered parking. It has a dent in a storage compartment door and I will provide an allowance for repairs, other than this, the RV is in great shape. I had it completely serviced in June 2026.
