Large opposing slides create a large open living space with sofa with heat, massage, power recline. Large swing out TV has a bookcase behind it. Built in Radio, CD and DVD player Three-burner gas cooktop, farmhouse sink, two electric convection ovens so you dont have to run the exhaust fan while using them.
Tows very well with 8,000 lb. Dexter axles on H-range tires with 3 3/8" brakes, Morryde LRE 4000, and gas shocks. Full body paint with professionally applied ceramic wax for long lasting shine.
Two roof top A/C units, plus one heat pump A/C make up the 45,000 BTU cooling system.
The heating system is composed of the electric fire place, roof top heat pump, a 40,000 BTU ducted furnace with heated under belly storage. The Yeti package includes water line and tank heaters.
Built in whole house surge guard, GFI breakers and an energy management system. Residential refrigerator has power inverter for using 12 battery power when shore power is not available. The two 12 volt house batteries were replaced last year.
Dual power 10 gallon hot water heater. When used on electric and propane together it will give you over 20 minutes of continuous shower time.
Two large power awnings provide lots of shade.
