Bought new and single-owner since day one. Stored indoors year-round except when were actually out camping, so no sun fade, no weather damage, no surprises. We average 6-8 trips a year, so its been used and maintained but never lived in hard.

Bunkhouse floorplan, half-ton towable, sleeps 8. All main appliances, plumbing, etc. are in good working order. Tires are original to the camper. Probably have 6/32 tread left, if not more. Its been winterized every season. Roof membrane is in great condition; no cracks or tears. All seam seals (e.g., around fans, vents, etc.) are perfect (again, no cracking). Other than that, normal wear and tear from use. The sliding "barn door" between the "master bedroom" and the rest of the trailer once wasn't secured before we drove off, so there is some light damage to the door and the track it slides on. It still works, but is noisy and has a "bump" in the middle of the track.

Includes Equalizer weight-distribution hitch, X-Chock expandable tire chocks, TireMinder TPMS for all the tires, sewer hose, inline water filter with replaceable filter element, 30A Power Watchdog surge protector, and Furrion Vision S camera and monitor system (though, full disclosure, two of the cameras have started intermittently not working; it seems like they're not getting power, so it would probably require a trip to an RV service center to be diagnosed). Is completely prepped for a 17 or 22 Blackstone griddle (includes the table and gas line, but not the griddle).
