This travel trailer has vinyl flooring and carpet on the slide-out area. The sitting and dining area combine as a power slide out giving our camper 16 of additional living space. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the living room and front deck.
The camper sleeps 5-6 people with a new queen size Zinus mattress in the bedroom, a love seat that pulls out for a 2nd bed, and bench seats at the dining room that fold down for a 3rd bed. The sitting room also contains 2 movable swivel chairs. A new CO2 monitor has been installed, and there is a power awning with LED lighting. In addition, there is a handcrafted wood deck that extends from door to door with two iron chairs for relaxing and enjoying the evening breeze.
There is tons of storage, with 2 large storage compartments under the bench seats and additional newly-installed storage drawers beneath the bed in the bedroom. The overhead cabinets in the bedroom have been removed to create a more open feel and more head space.
New kitchen and bathroom faucets/fixtures have been installed. The shower contains a skylight and ceiling fan. Heat tape insulation is installed on all lines and pipes, eliminating the need to winterize. Toilet has been upgraded to a standard household toilet that flushes directly into the black tank where water pressure allows for active emptying into the connected campground sewer line.
The outer specs include aluminum rims, leaf spring suspension, aluminum body with fiberglass sidewall, and bumper with hose storage. There is also pass-through storage that is insulated and finished. The RV is tied down and blocked in accordance with campground and county regulations.
We recently upgraded to a standalone Suburban Propane tank with lines running to the camper, which is currently hooked up and in use. The original Dual 20-pound propane tanks are still hooked up and can be used instead if you choose.

Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower with heat tape insulation and separate shutoff valve with drain on pipes running from outdoor shower has been installed and is in use. Additional updates include a newly resealed roof, new roof vent covers, and keyless entry locks on both doors.
In addition to the RV, there is a 8 x 10 x 6 Suncast shed, wind rated to 40 mph, with a reinforced roof. Shed has been expanded with Suncast extension kit to fit a golf cart. A customized wood base shed platform for ease of transport and custom wood shed ramp for golf cart entry have also been added. Electrical updates have been made to the shed to allow for golf cart charging, electrical outlets, overhead lighting, and 2 custom outdoor entrance lights. Security for the shed includes an updated tumble lock along with upper and lower door latches. Shelf space and metal wall hooks are also installed for beach chairs, etc.
