Has three A/Cs and will stay cool in the hot southeast and is ducted throughout. Gas heat is floor ducted and will keep it warm at zero degrees. There is also an electric fireplace in the living area. Garage has been used very little for hauling toys and is also in great condition and has heavy duty anchor points in the floor. HappiJack system in the garage offers options for two queen beds or a bed and two couches with a good size table. There is also a loft in the living area that is a great sleeping/play space for smaller kids. The garage also has a half bath that is great to help keep the main bath cleaner. There is also a laundry connection in the garage. Refrigerator/Freezer is a large 4-door unit and runs on gas or electric. Microwave is also a convection oven. The loading ramp also makes a great patio space with railing around it and an awning, giving a total of 50ft of camper space. All slides have awning toppers and the three power awnings all work correctly. The front awning does have about a 1ft tear at the mounting point but works fine. All four seats in living area are recliners. Living area TV is about 4 years old and is a smart TV. Lots of kitchen storage in the pantry and cabinets. This unit has the optional Rockford Fosgate sound system with ceiling speakers in the living/garage areas and outside. There is also a TV in the garage and outside in the slide. Main bedroom has a residential queen mattress thats in great condition with a nearly new 4-inch memory foam topper and there is storage under the bed. Two closets, four drawers, bedside cabinets and overbed cabinets provide tons of storage in the bedroom. Main bath has a large shower with seat and plenty of height for someone over 6ft. Unit also has built-in vacuum system. The 5500 watt Cummins/Onan generator works great and will power all three A/C units at the same time. Has two 30-gallon gas tanks, one for the generator and one with pump and gas station type handle for fueling toys. The FlexAir pin box was installed right after we bought it and takes out much of the hard bumps on the roads as well as chucking. Interior of camper is in great condition. Tires were replaced in Feb 2025. All brakes are less than two years old. Whole exterior was ceramic waxed this spring and roof has been cleaned/treated with conditioner at least once each year. We also have complete fitted skirt system for cold weather use as well as protected outside storage. Comes with all electric, water and sewer gear needed to go camping today!
