The tires were replaced October of last year with premium Good year endurance(including spare). We had the bearings repacked and brakes cleaned/inspected at that time(approximately 85% left on pads!)October all exterior seals and caulking were professionally replaced/maintained. This has been very well taken care of and it shows no damage, no leaks, all systems work properly. It is currently covered with a breathable cover and is included. More than 3/4 of its life it has been under roof and diligently covered when in use. Includes the recommended weight distribution hitch, roof top solar panel, lots of newer extras. We had a local full detail wash/wax/roof seal done in Sebastian in April.

This thing stays very cold in Florida with all of the insulation built inits a true four season camper.
