We are selling our 2019 Jayco Greyhawk Prestige model 30XP with 27,700 miles. This model has the Triton V-10 Motor with 420 foot pounds of torque and a towing capacity of 7,500 pounds. This RV has a crowned fiberglass roof, which is vastly superior to the rubber (TPO/EDPM) that most other RV's have. This model boasts large tank capacities of 47 Gallons Fresh, 41 Gallons Gray, 31 Gallons Black. We are the original owners and we have all the paperwork, Maintenance Records, and receipts. This is our baby and is better than new. Even though this model is highly upgraded from the factory with things like J Ride Plus, (The JRide Plus Package consist of the Koni FSD shocks, heavy-duty stabilizer bars, and Hellwig helper springs) we have done many additional upgrades. The suspension has been upgraded with an aftermarket front sway bar and a SafeT steering stabilizer as well as rear airbags with an onboard compressor. You hear about people whiteknuckle driving motorhomes. Not with this RV. This RV came with the 12 cubic foot Norcold absorption fridge from the factory.last year it died and we upgraded it to a 12 volt compressor model. If I knew how great compressor refrigerators were I would have replaced it years ago. We upgraded the Stock 1000 watt invertor to a Xantrex 2000 watt and wired it into the kitchen and other outlets around the rig. We upgraded the Wiring for that unit and installed 2 industrial style lead acid batteries. We installed 3 x 200 watt solar panels and a 50 amp Victron solar controller. The front TV has been upgraded to a larger smart TV. I installed a tile backsplash around the stove and sink area. We upgraded the mattress to a memory foam mattress. I upgraded the stock radio with a Pioneer Nexis model which offers lots of features. We installed a Tire pressure monitoring system. This RV has always been stored indoors and the outside looks like new. I have attached a photo of the original sticker which shows all the standard equipment and upgraded options for this model. This RV has the Onan 4000 Generator with 273 hours on it. The prestige is an upgraded model with a Panoramic window on the front cap that lets in lots of natural light and has a power shade, solid surface counters, exterior television, and automatic stabilizers. The 30 XP only has 1 slide, and it is a super slide which is almost the length of the whole RV and also has a stock slide topper. This model has a walk around Bed, large kitchen counter (compared to most other RVs) Sofa across from dinette so its well laid out for having people over. It has the upgraded 2nd air conditioning unit. I have done all recommended maintenance on the coach and generator and have receipts and records for the work. I recently changed the oil and filter on the coach and did a full service on the generator and replaced the chassis battery. I am including most of the RV stuff that you will need like Sewer hoses, water hoses, etc. etc. If this is your first RV we should be able to give you most of what you will need to function well. I have attached a lot of photos. This RV is Turn Key Ready and with all the upgrades is better than the new similar models that have an MRSP of $190,000.
