Very clean, well-maintained, spacious fifth wheel with five slides and plenty of storage space. Everything is functional, everything is clean and intact. We are getting out of the camping business so our loss is your gain. We are the original owners. There is a 50" television in the living room with two couches that fold out into beds and two recliners and an electric fireplace. There is also plenty of storage in the cabinets. The kitchen has a double door refrigerator and freezer (gas or electric) for plenty of storage, a microwave oven and three burner gas range. Also ample cabinets for storage. The bedroom has a king size bed with storage under the bed and a 28" television. There is a dual mirrored closet and 7 drawers for storage. There's a washer and a dryer included. It has a built-in central vacuuming system. There are two air conditioners (50 amps required). It has a propane and electric water heater. Also included will be all of the sewer hoses, water hoses, electrical surge protector, outside rugs, and other miscellaneous items. I am quick to reply with any questions or comments.
