- Interior: Very clean, freshly detailed. No pets / smoke. Front seats, carpet, & interior trim shows some wear.
- Exterior: Small scuffs as expected for the year. Minor paint imperfections in body work around front compartment. No major damage.
- Mechanically: Excellent condition. Everything works 100%. AquaHot, A/Cs, jacks, etc. No issues.

Tires: All matching Toyo new this year. 2025 date codes.

The Good:
- No pets, never smoked in, very clean!
- Mechanically in excellent condition; no error codes, no oil leaks, All maintenance up to date.
- Roof, awnings, and slide toppers all in great condition.
- Exceptionally nice, wide open floor-plan.

The Bad:
- Rebuilt title. This was due to a tire blow out, resulting in light damage to drivers front corner. No flood damage or drivetrain repair. Paint repair was completed at our local body shop, coach had alignment, and is 100% completed.
- Front seats are starting to peel, have been touched up.
- Roof cap paint is fading (not visible from ground)
- Drivers window has some fogging


Asking $117,900. Open to reasonable offers.
JD Power book price is $158,900. I deducted 20% for rebuilt title & another $10k for minor cosmetic wear.
