Excellent condition everything works good tires -new inverter and batteries new water heater new smart tv built in vacuum-washer and dryer three slides microwave /convection oven deep basement all cupboards and cabinets are lined, easy slide drawers solar panel-front rotating captains chairs new table and convertible chairs  sleep number beds

 THIS MOTORHOME IS LOCATED IN GRAHAM WASHINGTON.  Close to tacoma

It does have all awnings

 WE ARE GOING BACK TO ALASKA AND DO NOT WANT TO STORE IT FOR ANOTHER YEAR
