I am the 2nd owner as far as I know, have owned camper since 2005, all info is from and about my ownership.
Has always been stored under its own RV port, while axles were lifted on jack stands.
Tires always covered, trailer was repainted about 15 years ago and decals removed, still looks great.
All 5 tires are E rated and dated 2021, spare has never seen pavement, other 4 have made only one 600 mile trip.
Trailer has only been out once in last 10 years except to be inspected until the law changed recently. We just do not really have a use any longer, it was manly used for MX and XC racing quads for all those years.
Tags good thru October 2026. Clear title in hand.
Trailer specs the best I can recall:
Twin 5k axles, bearings replaced about 6 years ago, brakes replaced 10-11 years ago, empty weight is in the 6k range.
Tanks: 1-40 gal black 1-40 gal grey 2-55 gal fresh
Generac NP-50G built in generator, always used Amsoil 4-stroke synthetic 10w40, recent oil and filter change, with new spark plug, air filter, prefilter, valve adjustment. Recently replaced the carburetor with a new electric solenoid cut off carburetor.
Fuel tank for generator is between 20-25 gal.
Roof recoated 6 yrs ago, outside ramp sanded and recoated and sealed this year.
5 work lights on outside
Twin 30lb propane tanks, both have fuel. Ladder access to rooftop.
Camper batteries are twin 6 volt Trojans linked inline for 12 volts, much more power than using 12v marine.
Replaced October 2024, also all new battery cables and boxes and solar charger, included.
All trailer to truck towing equipment is included in sale.
All compartments, doors, tanks and tongue have multiple locks, all working and included.
A/C works, cold air check at 54 degrees.
Checkered flag awning replaced 11-12 yrs ago, still looks new.
Matching checkered flag ground coverage for under awning included.
Gas heater, gas 3 burner stove, gas oven. gas 6gal? water heater all work. Refrigerator freezer is gas or electric.
Cold air check 37 degrees and 10 degrees.
Two multi speed roof fans with thermostats, AM FM stereo with cassette player, DC powered TV antenna, small flat screen TV with built in dvd player included.
Microwave and vent a hood over stove top.
Stand up separate shower in bathroom, sink toilet replaced about 13 yrs ago, mirrored medicine cabinet.
Twin sink in kitchen, will included everything in the cabinets, including spare water pump, 8 ton jack levels, jack stands, 2 sets leveling pads etc.
Roughly sized, full size main bed, twin couch/tables/ beds in main area, and bunk in upper back side.
Lots of cabinet space with extras. Trailer has 4 manual scissor leveling jacks.
Two twin wheel tire covers included.
Ramp is double springed, diamond plate floor with grip strips, flooring in camper is linoleum, mostly in good condition but with staining and a little worn from carrying equipment, tires tools etc, we could load 3 atvs front to back.
The pictures show the rest, trailer is on the ground now, after taking pics and making sure everything works as described and cleaned. Camper can be run on generator, 30amp land power or boondock on dc only. Batteries charge from small charger when generator is running or plugged in to land power, also charge from solar panel.
