We purchased a new 2025 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite and we have only used it a couple of times. It is in extremely great shape; comes with gas stove, microwave, refrig, freezer, kitchen table folds to a bed if needed, couch folds out to a bed, could sleep 5 easily, bathroom has doors on each side. TV in living room, TV in bedroom, 2 pull outs, 2 sets of stairs, outdoor awnings, storage compartments, and entertainment hookups outside, all hookups come with it, 2 gas tanks, we are including the anti-sway bar for towing.
