Camper was parked shortly after purchasing and used consistently for two years. It was moved to our property about 6 months ago and parked, because we no longer use it. Everything worked at the time it was parked, pop outs go in and out with ease, awning functions correctly, ac and heat both work. The camper is in good condition overall, with some wear from life.
