The unit is in good shape.  It is on a rebuilt title due to damage from a tree limb and coming from another state.  

We bought the unit on that title and have since put on 6 brand new tires, new shore cord, and roof seals.  

We can’t use it enough, but it is camp ready and looking for a new family.
