Everything - yes, everything - works as designed. All 3 slides work as designed. Generator (140 hours) starts and runs as designed. Front seat swivel 360 degrees.

All Plumbing works as designed. All window coverings work as designed. There is one TV mounted by factory, just above entry door. There is a DVD player that I've never used.

There is NO water damage anywhere! No runs, no spots - no errors!! It has NEVER leaked.

There are NO soft spots in the flooring or on RV siding.

All 6 tires are original equipment with 10,000 miles on them. The RV has been covered 95% of the time and the tires show no sign of weathering or wear.

There are a couple of maintenance receipts provide by previous owners. The RV has only 10,000 miles on it and very little maintenance has been required. I have put less than 800 miles on it since purchase and no maintenance has been required.
