Description

2010 GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax 4x4 + 2000 Lance 820 Camper $28,500
Prefer to sell as a set; can sell separately. Combined asking price is $28,500, only camper is $8,000 and only truck is $21,000

Location: Durango, CO

Selling this truck-camper combo as I've only used it a handful of times in recent years.

THE TRUCK: 2010 GMC Sierra 2500HD Crew Cab SLE, Z71, 4x4 131,000 miles

Duramax diesel with Allison transmission, 6'6" bed. Clean title. Excellent mechanical condition and always well maintained, with some cosmetic body damage on the bed from normal use. Heavy-duty load range E tires with good tread life remaining.

Camper-ready upgrades include an additional leaf spring, Roadmaster helper springs, a front hitch receiver, and a removable winch with quick-connect plugs wired to both front and rear hitches. It's set up with a standard 7-way camper plug and a dealer-installed Lance camper plug.  Notable recent maintenance includes new leaf springs and suspension upgrades at 100,000 miles, followed by a full front-end steering rebuild at 126,000 miles ball joints, tie rods, control arms, idler arms, and pitman arms all replaced.

Includes hitch mounted Ramsey 9500 Patriot cable winch.

THE CAMPER: 2000 Lance 820

Camper has been consistently used and well cared for. All systems are fully functional water heater, water pump, fridge, stove, toilet, shower, outdoor shower, heating/thermostat, and batteries. It has two full-size propane tanks, a solid body, roomy interior, queen bed and generous storage, and is relatively light for a full-size, fully-equipped camper. Working powered jacks and working tie-downs are included.

Notable modifications: a second battery was added (housed in the former generator compartment), doubling battery capacity the generator itself has been removed. The microwave was removed and converted into a general storage compartment. Blackout curtains with custom cherry wood trim are installed on all windows.

Two prior repairs, both fully resolved with no functional impact: the right-front tie-down was reinforced with an internal flat bar and external angle iron in the propane compartment, making it stronger than stock. A rear-right corner impact was rebuilt with a custom steel corner bracket.  The ladder is bent and there is a split in the interior wall, hidden behind the dinette cushions.

Overall condition is excellent: a comfortable, functional layout with minor cosmetic dents and scratches on the sidewalls. Exterior seals have been regularly monitored and resealed as needed. The camper has been stored outside year-round in the dry SW Colorado climate, covered each winter, and used across the Four Corners region plus trips to the West Coast, Canada, and Alaska. It handles backcountry roads and dispersed camping easily while still being comfortable on the highway.

Camper has no AC, no generator, no solar.  Nameplate dry weigh is 2345 lbs and nameplate wet weight is 2773 lbs.  39 Gal fresh water capacity (33 gal tank plus 6 gal hot water tank).  Floor length 8 11, width 93, interior height 6 9, grey tank 21 gal, black tank 14 gal, two 5 gal propane tanks, 5 cu ft fridge, 18M BTU furnace, overall length 15 11.
